2. KBIM Activities at Farwaniya Hospital
- Monday Sessions: Weekly at 12:30 PM, rotating activities among
- Journal Club: led by Dr. Fatema Almousawi, Dr. Sultan AlQaderi, Dr. Abeer Al-Obaidan
- MCQs: Led by Dr. Sharifa Al-Naqeeb
- Clinical Pearls: Led by Dr. Sultan Al-Qaderi
- Tuesday Lectures: Site-based lectures led by clinical tutors. Led by Dr. Noura Almasoud.
- Wednesday Bedside Teaching: Minimum of three sessions per month with a mock exam case for R5 residents. All tutors are expected to participate. Led by Dr. Altaf Qadeeri.

3. Bedside Teaching During ER Rotation
- Residents on ER rotation may attend bedside teaching sessions optionally, depending on their ER shifts. Lead: Dr. Altaf Qadeeri.

4. MTU Resident Allocation
- Implement AI to allocate residents to MTU fairly and prevent rotation repetition. Led by Dr. Heba Alwael

5. HIS Access
- Dr. Talal manages the current activation distribution.

6. Subspecialties Committee
- You can contact both Dr. Ghydaa Al-Dabie and Dr. Abeer AL-Obaidan in case you need support, or you face an issue during the Subspeciality rotation

7. Wellness Initiative
- Dr. Reem will cooperate with Dr. Nawal Al Otaibi to develop the health program in the Farwaniya IM department.

8. Risk Management Committee
- Dr. Einas Al-Rishidi will lead the committee to make sure our department and hospital facilities are safe for the residents
