• Training as a house officer in medicine, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, anesthesiology, orthopedics, radiology, and cardiology departments. This was at Al-Hussein Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt (from 2000 to 2001).

• As a resident in the Nephrology Department of the National Institute of Urology and Nephrology. I became well-trained in the diagnosis and management of nephrological diseases, and the management of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. Also, I became well-trained in the insertion of vascular accesses for hemodialysis and temporary peritoneal dialysis catheter, and well-trained in pre and post-operative follow-up of renal transplanted patients (from 2002 to 2006).

• As a nephrology specialist in the Nephrology Department of the National Institute of Urology and Nephrology. I became responsible for the management of inpatients, preparation of patients for renal transplantation, pre-and post-operative management of renal transplanted patients. I worked as head of the dialysis unit for 6 months (from 2006 to 2008)

• As a nephrology Registrar in Farwaniya Hospital (Ministry of Health), State of Kuwait. I have high experience in the management of ICU nephrology patients, ALL modalities of CRRT, Citrate anticoagulation dialysis in ICU, and Plasma exchange. Management of inpatients, chronic hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis patients. Nephrology consultation from all wards of the hospital (from 2008 to 2015)

• As a senior Nephrology Registrar in Farwaniya Hospital (Ministry of Health), State of Kuwait. I had duties of daily rounds in hospital wards, ICU, HDU, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis units. I had the duty as second on call to take decisions on the management of urgent cases, working as a tutor in the Kuwaiti board program (from 2015 to 2019)
